As part of strengthening relations and commercial links between the peoples of the Maldives and the United Kingdom , the High Commission of Maldives in the United Kingdom plays an important role in promoting trade and promotion between the two countries.

All business organisations and agents in the Maldives either in areas of developing tourism industry or service sectors are welcome to contact the High Commission of Maldives to seek useful contacts, information on goods and services in the United Kingdom to be promoted in the Maldives.

At the same time the High Commission plays an important role in attracting investors from the United Kingdom to inject funds and technology into the Maldivian economy.
